I'm going to start contacting people with directions for funds and a final commitment on the number wanted, will start on page one and work my way down as time permits.

I've had enough transactions on here and know enough people in person that I hope nobody has a problem sending funds and waiting a few weeks.

I'm not making much on this deal and want to cover at least half the order before I place it.

Put me in for 3. I have 2 boys that will need a fire starter.

This has gotten way bigger than I ever anticipated but looking forward to getting them sent out and being able to give something back to the many good people here on the fire.

Like many others I have made several lasting friendships that started from here on the fire. Hard to put a price on that.

Think I responded to everyone at this point, couple people getting anxious already.

I have four pages at present of PM's and again this will be at least 3 weeks. Rick & I have been in contact and I hope to get the order placed this week.

Zippo will send a proof sample for inspection I believe and shortly after that with approval they'll be arriving for delivery, which will take me a few days. I have had a couple offers for help and might take them up on that.

Thanks for the update Cal. You guys getting anxious already give it a rest and allow the man to do his work. He took on a big task as a favor to all of us and definitely doesn't need undeserved pressure.

I also believe he set proper expectations from the start.

Final count down till this is done.

I don't want to order one but from previous experience there usually ends up being a few "unclaimed". If this happens I would like to be on a list to get one if this is possible. Thanks, Tmax264
