I traded a rifle or two for a 1971 Jeep CJ5, just wanted to do just enough to make it drivable and use on my lease. Well all good deeds don't go unpunished! After beating off the mud daubers and rebuilding the carb, changing the engine oil, my father and I got it running, got to love the Buick V6! Then I ordered parts for the suspension, and lockers for the rear. Got that in and was just going to clean up the body and be done with it..... As the old girl sat for near on 15 years... After we got it running... Starting on the suspension and brakes... New drums all the way around and new master cylinder. Rear end, before... After...
