What is a crack-up is that we are usually good for the "black savages" youtube clips on a weekly basis, where the clips show loud, mouthy and violent black people. With those clips there are all kinds of imaginative comments as to what 24hr members would do if present when the baboons go off....well unless a cop gets a little rough, then somebody needs jailin.

I am right there with you!! Because black people commit crimes this officer should have been allowed to get a little rough and the woman should be the one getting charged. http://www.policemag.com/channel/pa...harged-with-committing-rape-on-duty.aspx

Gonna cost the pd about 4 mil and rightfully so. Hope he was fired pronto. Not a technique taught in the academy! Mmm, no. Gonna cost the taxpayers about 4 mil. Where did you think the police get their money? If police work was privatized, an award like that might mean something: the thug's company would take a devastating financial hit that its competitors wouldn't, and wouldn't be able to provide the same level of service that they would, and many of its customers would transfer their subscriptions to competitors, so that the company would have its market share taken over by others and go out of business. And the message would spread through the industry: throw a harmless woman to the ground and punch her in the face, and your entire company will disappear. So people wouldn't do it, people who did it would be instantly handed over to the community without protection, and people who looked like they might do it would never be hired. In other words, the incentives would be in the right place. When the government runs the cops, there's no competition. Even if the cops can't get taxes raised by quite $4M to pay the award with no impact, whatever impact they experience will be inflicted upon the community they serve, because that community has no competitors to turn to. So a thug punching a woman on YouTube is a mildly annoying bit of negative publicity, but really not that big a deal, because what can anybody really do about it? In other words, the incentives are all in the wrong place. Privatize it.

Every county should have an elected Sheriff with a staff of deputies, whose main function is to arrest those with a court-issued arrest warrant, serve court-issued papers, etc., while regular policing (patrolling, investigating crimes, and responding to calls) should be handled by privately hired security companies.

Great solution, but I have another one. Take the officer that did that and give him a ten year minimum sentence in general population in the gayest federal prison you can find. That sh*t would stop immediately.

,...or maybe the cop had just learned that the hooker who had been tootin' his flute for the past 4 days was a transvestite.
I gotta have the whole story, here.
Transvestite hookers'll make a cop pitch a damn fit,....with good reason.
,...and if it's Oprah,...well,.."nuff said".

That is right. Harry Reid will get the Bundy ranch just like he has the other ranchs around there for his solar deal. You know Reid imports the solar equip. from China, warehouses it in NV for 30 days where it thereby becomes a NV product and eligible for subsidies, then sells it to every school across the nation. Real charmer and pure democrat that guy Reid.

I watched it a couple of times, but I couldn't tell what led up the the officer punching the woman, but it sounds like you have it all figured out, though I'm pretty sure you don't know what happened either.

We might want to wait until the investigation fleshes out. Why the [bleep] would anyone want to do that? It's the thin blue line man! The investigation is a waste of time, we got it all figured right here.

Anybody know if they ever did anything about the cop except maybe spank his wrist? Last I saw CHP only claimed the woman was not injured. Which did not say anything about whether the cop's actions were justified.
