Fact is, rock climbing is just like any other endeavor where the potential for death is there if you do something stupid. Yeah. Nothing could go wrong with a setup like that, right? The photographer appears to be pretty safe, from what I can see. He looks to be on the main line and a belay. But I would worry about the guy below the ladder, that thing comes undone and swings he is toast!

It took two days. But even on that climb we didn't use a hanging platform. We managed to bivvy on a ledge. KC
