I guess I should let the cat out of the bag before anyone else does.
TRH took a flight to Denmark and is having surgery. He's been in therapy for a couple of years and this decision hasn't been made in haste. I'm not sure about the particulars of the surgery but I do know that he will still be called Chris.Or Christina to those that he meets and are new in his life.

I ran 3.5miles this morning. I'm smart enough to know that is enough for a 55yo. How much are you deadlifting?
