Has anyone here actually met TAK?
That's one of the problems that I have with these loud mouthed jerks like 4321/TAK. they hide behind their computer screens and claim to be 6ft 180lbs and runs 6 minutes miles for an hour every morning. I'm a real person that is known by probably fifty members at least and don't have to describe myself. This 4321 turd needs to be flushed.

I ran 3.5miles this morning. I'm smart enough to know that is enough for a 55yo. How much are you deadlifting?
I posted a pic of me at the finish line of an ironman with my finish time clear as day. I posted pics of me in the middle east. You talk 10 times as much as me. Post one or two of yourself and we can move on to my crossfit numbers, ok? Fraud I admire you guys [and gals] who stay stuck to a fitness course, Wifey averages just under a 6 minute mile during her 26 mi marathons, she's a machine at 52 years old.

That's one of the problems that I have with these loud mouthed jerks like 4321/TAK. they hide behind their computer screens and claim to be 6ft 180lbs and runs 6 minutes miles for an hour every morning. I'm a real person that is known by probably fifty members at least and don't have to describe myself. This 4321 turd needs to be flushed. Yeah, I kinda figured. "He" doesn't act like any spec-op guys I've met. He called me his usual "fatass" then backed off ASAP when pics were posted. Fraud.

That also means smaller dudes have a chance at getting out of reach before you grasp them, and perhaps out of range.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

Do you shop at MARSOC For Kids? Sometimes. Ever been to Pendleton? Lejune? They even have Dunkin' Donuts there. They still do pullups though.

Holy crap gunner 50 that is flying.
I was happy to go sub-18 minutes fora marine pft, and I usually puked after.
Sub 9 min/miles for a marathon almost killed me.

Years ago I could run 5miles in 40min (Ranger School standard) but I can't anymore. My 6min/mile days are a distant memory, but I'm okay with that.
