28 pages to pile on a guy, or anyone else, who doesn't agree with you. I think 4321 is right, most you guys probably could use a good work out routine, get rid of some of that pent up irritation from your vagina itch.
Goalie, you using free weights or machines to get that build? How much you dead lifting? 7/800?

Free weights. Pull ups. Push ups. Jump rope. All the stuff a goalie does to not get hurt playing with people who are actually athletic and have Stanley Cup rings. Hockey Day Minnesota outdoor game 2012: Laughing as the Defending the Blue Line guys gave me crap since I played for the NHL Alum instead of the military team (and got a shutout on TV): That guy with no helmet and the purple hat, he was the captain of the Red Wings. My name's on my jersey, and people here have met me. It's the internet. Pissing matches are a joke. I just find it really, REALLY hard to believe that Mr High-Speed, Low-Drag is the real deal. He acts so much differently than everyone I know who actually was elite, whether in the military or just in sports. All I know is I will be having beer with 24HC members in Blaine MN next week and NOT calling them fat-asses or generally being an a-hole. But, to answer the question: I dead lift and squat enough that I have played goalie since the 1970's without needing lower body surgery. I am not a one-trick pony, and, despite TAK's blather, running isn't a one-way ticket to an ortho surgeon. (I do bike more than run these days, but have not fallen apart yet despite running a LOT for many years.) I have not said doing crossfit stuff is bad. Heck, I've been known to juggle on a balance board for a warm-down. Peace. Out.

Good god. Yoga instructor. We did a pre-game Yoga demonstration. My wife was NOT thrilled when she saw it on TV. We were like "You know our wives are gonna see this, right?" And, yeah, I LOVE yoga. Anyone has a problem with that can go watch broke-back mountain and GFY......

WHO SAID THAT? No, just tards:) Says the guy who can't work a camera.... Too funny. Hey, even without the camera, have you ever simply stated what unit(s) you were with while you were high-speed, low-drag, and the dates? I have some friends you might know.

No, I have friends that were Army. So, you want us all to believe you were Billy Badass but you won't say where or with whom? Like, gee, me saying I was with 2nd Tank Bn from 89-91, then transferred to 1/8 to do a Med cruise that turned into a Red Sea fiasco from Fall 91-Spring '92 is somehow knowledge that should be secret? Or are you saying that you were a super-secret squirrel in a double-secret unit? I only ask because you've already said you were Spec-ops, so what the hell is the big deal of saying what unit you were with and when? It isn't like you are telling state secrets..... [Edit: don't tell me WHERE you were, just with what unit when] Oh, you don't want to get caught lying. Got it. Poser fraud.

You just got promoted from just pathetic to a pathetic doosh bag. You are an insult to everyone that has served.
