Had one huge pan with 3 sections...Mushrooms added or green beans added or green peas added, not sure why she cooked it that way but was delicious.

Soda bread I was told is what they eat in Ireland and instead of yeast uses baking soda.

Was sort of dense, white bread and with a little sugar would have been sort of cake like. Really good too.
