Glad to hear that things are going well and thoughts and prayers for continued good news.

good news to hear

still perplexed about the surgeon's reluctance on the unilateral nephrectomy, suppose it's related to extenuating circumstances and stress to the total patient package

either way, it's still progress

I think the jello party is tomorrow. This hospital stay is bringing back memories from my time at CTCA! I dreamed of different flavors of jello that I could eat after 8 days of no food or water! You know you are REALLY hungry to look forward to jello. crazy

I'm very fortunate because they have a hide-a-bed in this room with a privacy curtain for family that want to stay with their loved one. Mark had a "lazy boy torture chamber" to sleep in when I was hospitalized in Illinois. grin No fun!

Wishing you and your hubby the very best. May you have a very long life together. Hoping for a complete recovery.

Thank you!

We were surprised when we first learned about it as a possibility. The new one is sitting quite a bit lower than where his "old" kidneys sit.

I was very happy to get a call from Mark yesterday morning. His voice sounded pretty rough but it was great to hear from him. I continue in my prayers for you both.
