Stirring up sheit, to be sure, but did you notice, he's also posting photos of hunting, on a hunting forum?
Some guys never post a single damn thing hunting related here. Love him or hate him, at least he did that. If he'd done that from the beginning, sans douchebaggery, I doubt there would have ever been a problem.

Though I am sorry to hear of your uncles condition I'm glad that he did so many cool things in life. Sounds like he's lived a full life. So you are to wind up with his 378? I had a MKV deluxe in 378. What a monster! I love shooting it, but even with the muzzle brake installed it still kit about as hard as my 300 ultra mag(No brake). I wish I still had it honestly. He's told me the 378 is mine but I never press. I'm not in any hurry either. I'm guessing he'll insist I take it assuming I make it to Cleveland this Christmas. The 378 also has the Pendleton dekicker. The 340 came from the factory with it and when the 378 was purchased they sent it to OR to have it done. For those that don't know, the "Pendleton dekicker" was done at a gunsmith in Pendleton, OR that Weatherby contracted to install on some rifles. Some came from the factory with it, and some Wby owners sent theirs off to have it done, or other porting/brakes. I only met Tommy once- the summer after 8th grade when my family went on vacation to VA to see my grandpa get married after my grandma passed away some ten years earlier. We swung through Cleveland on the way back and stayed a night at uncle Tommy's. Was the most fun I'd had the whole trip (I didn't grow up in a gun/hunting/outdoors family) so seeing all the heads of game and myriad of shotguns, rifles and handguns was the coolest thing to a 14yo boy. I still have a box of cartridges, bullets and empty cases/hulls that Tommy gave me. One of which is a 378 cartridge with a FMJ bullet. I'm not positive but I think they took a bull ele on one Africa trip. In high school I had his Zebra skin hanging on my wall. Looking forward to getting to Cleveland. He sounds like a good guy. Enjoy your visit!

The OP sure has it right. First the usual asshowles attack him. They they turn HIS thread into a tittyporn show showing women who would never give them a second look unless they had far more money than they will ever have. Finally, they pirate into a stupid discussion of the greatest gun huckster every overpriced, ugly guns that do nothing a TC Compass cannot. "a dozen or so morons have ruined what could be a fine site." WELL SAID ! Count on the FACT that they will now attack me and, since they really control the site, ban me for once again outing them. They live here ----- I hunt. 41 Swiss conversion, 50 yards, bang, flop !
