I have little use for McConnell, but he is a shrewd and knowledgeable politician from his years in the Senate and should be able to strategize as good as anyone, how and when to do what is needed to move important legislation forward.
Let me get this straight. You think McConnell voted yea so that he could bring it back up and maybe some Democrats will have changed their mind. If this is the case, You and McConnell need to hit and pass what you are smoking. Might want to start a new line of hemp because that would be some good stuff. Gus will jump all over it. miles
