It really took some balls for Trump to lay out his tax plan this early in the race.
If nothing else he does have a set. But he seems to have a lot more on the ball.
He did that because he had to. Because he has no record, it will be incombent on him to do more of the same.
He cannot go into the summer with the message that "when I'm elected things are going to be great!'
