I'd roll with a stainless Krieger in a #3 or #4 contour, 4 groove barrel.
Not sure about spiral fluting a barrel of a smaller contour...you would have to discuss that with your gunsmith or Karl of Kampfeld Customs. It can be done but not sure how deep the flutes could be cut?? (Heavier barrel contours are no problem)
