CZ 527 American here -it wears a 4x12-40 nikon monarch .
20gr. of AA 1680 40gr. v-max = 3546fps average.
I love that rifle for calling,varmints even deer 19gr. of AA1680 w/a 45gr. barnes tsx does a fine job.
Shot a big diller [possum on the half shell] from a treestand at around 40 yards went in high on the shoulder down through towards the opposite front leg -took it completely off.
