How does the 221 Fireball with 40 gr bullets compare (velocity wise) to a 22 K-Hornet with the same bullets?
Assuming same barrel lengths, max loads, optimal powder selection, and any other assumptions necessary for a fair comparison.
K-Hornet absolutely can Not push 35 grain bullets at 3400.
He will go home crying like a little schoolboy.
AA1680 is a damn fine powder for the lil beastie, and with the higher charge weights it's easy to fish out a good load.
