Among other things it spells out such important things as warranty and returns. Of course, much of this sort of thing is a product of a system where there are too many people using lawyers to get their way wink

Yep, it's just laying all the legal and privacy policy out there. Everyone has their own form, some just don't publish it all, others break it up on various links. Just the norm.
