What would your warantee be if these binos fail or are broke?

If anything fails/breaks due to craftsmanship or material we'll replace that right away. If there is damage due to any events like that, send them back, and we will work with you to get a replacement. We certainly want to make you happy and we know things just happen sometimes, and we'll correct it.
