BerettaUSA has an absolutely horrible customer service reputation.
From what I can gather, they're "okay" elsewhere in the world, but I have never, ever heard anything good about the USA import outfit.
They seem to think that their obligation to the customer ends at delivery. That's it, nothing else.
I don't buy anydamnthing from 'em.
