I have had it for years. Sounds like cicadas buzzing 24/7, and of course worse at night. I just recently got hearing aids. I originally went to the Silverstein Institute in Sarasota for testing and recommendations. One of their first questions, after testing, was whether I had Tinnitus. They said they had hearing aids with a Tinnitus feature that would help, but not eliminate it. Long story short, they wanted $6500 for them. I did a little research on line, and found COSTCO sold the same brand for $2500, but without the Tinnitus feature. As gunswizard stated here earlier, I think the Tinnitus feature is just a marketing tool. Good luck.
