My P239 in 357 Sig isn't exactly a Compact, but it is a shooter for sure

Bet it's a handful, the 357 Sig is a hot little round for sure.
I've had a P239 in .357 Sig. It was my CCW for a short while back in the 1990s. I determined to master the transition from first to subsequent trigger pulls (traditional double action auto), but eventually gave up. I found that I always needed a warm up period to make that transition with the same point of impact. In a gunfight, you don't get a warm up. Your mileage may, of course, vary.

Never fired the 357S in a 239, have to believe the little 9 to be much more manageable, I really liked mine, but, have always sucked at firing anything double action, guess that's why I love 1911's.
