.030 extra BC over the 150 ABLR isn't enough gain for the velocity you're going to lose via the extra 15gn of projectile weight.

I've posted this on other 270Win/150gn threads but, FWIW:

1:8 Lilja 3-groove Kimber Montana dupe contour @ 22" in 270Win gives me 3050fps w/60.5gn of '26 @ OAL of 3.335 in Rem brass, 150ABLR projectile.
