I just got a M-1895 carbine in .30-06 made in 1916.

Do you have a good load for this rifle using 220 gr bullets and 3031 or 4895 powder? I don't want to do any damage to it, so what I really want is to duplicate the .3040 Krag balistics in .30-06 brass.
