I know it's probably a tough one because most people who are strict anti-abortionists are also likely against the welfare state. The paradox lies in the fact that if you support anti-abortion, a conservative issue, you must also support welfare, a liberal issue.
It's a catch 22 from either angle.
Is it the child's fault? How about giving the baby up for adoption? What if that baby was you?
