IMHO moving is only fair game if wounded.
But its nice to be able to practice moving.
We used to be able to shoot a match that was moving silhouettes at 300 and 600 yards... man did that teach you a few things.. one you need to figure out the lead. two, once you had a good idea of what lead was required, it really was not as difficult as it seemed it might be.
But I won't shoot an unwounded animal thats moving, even at a walk at anything over 100-200 yards depending...
All bets are off for vermin like coyotes, IMO
