I thinking a .260 shooting 130gr bullets would meet these requirements.
It would meet all around requirements, but what size of a target shot group are you expecting at 600 yards?
Because of wind drift, she may need to step up to something faster and heavier like a 6.5/284 with 140 bullets for extreme ranges.
