My total time in "Stick's" presence would be measured in minutes at most... a chance meeting in the Anchorage airport in 2010 when my son and I were flying to Juneau to bring a small boat from Juneau to Whittier and Stick was headed to Deadhorse for a hitch.
At 6'4" there was no question who was taller, but no one would look at Stick and call him "short" let alone midget. He has worked that line to his advantage, repeatedly...
He was friendly and very gracious. He also pulled Riley into every aspect of the discussion so there was no question about his focus.
