Found this thread in a search. Handled a M85 Finnlight last night, and thought it felt good. The rail mount for the scope looks funky, though. How do you mount scopes, and does the scope actually stay put, once mounted?
The Sako rail is the best base ever invented IMHO. It's taper only causes the mount to get tighter under recoil and it allows a little front back adjustment for eye relief position. I prefer the Optilock one piece ringmounts but also use Leupold ringmounts. I don't use the base and ring mounts because I hate the idea of adding a base to a base.
