Thanks! The Cooper ST Maxx tires have a 3 ply sidewall and are on the heavy side so I was looking forward to the ride with these heavy 10 ply tires. I'm impressed. Very little road noise and the Old Man Emu suspension just helps soak everything up and the ride is actually really good. So far I do not regret any decisions so that's a plus

They use these ST Maxx tires in the oil field and they resist chipping better than the others according to a friend that owns a local tire shop. I loved my Duratracs but the sidewall was a little mushy. I'm not saying I won't go back to them someday, I just have had great luck with Cooper and wanted to see what all the fuss was about with the ST Maxx
