They know that the people here they want to fool are deadset against believing anything TRH posts. So they have their TRH v2.0 post the truth, knowing it will be considered untruthful, thus hiding in plain sight (or plain site, since this is the internet) their actual and real activities from you.

Well, that goes a long way towards explaining his "inconsistencies" like whether he lives in town or the country, or whether he teaches history or social studies, and his conspicuously absent use of the word "dreidel" which most folks work into a post at least once per year in their tenure here.
