It should be in your favor if there is not too much span between the weight of the bullet and the weight of the deer, the closer, the better.

Obviously the most desirable antler size is the class of "Barely visible above hairline." Those, on a 60 lb. deer shot with a .458" 540 grain bullet would be hard to beat.
