I finally got my rack back from the processors. Before it went up on the Spike Wall at camp, I took a picture for y'all for official scoring purposes.

The processor had lost my rack, and was going to substitute a nice 6 pointer that nobody wanted. I turned him down. First off, this is the first entry I've been able to make in this august contest, and I could not pass up the chance. Secondly, the Spike Wall is the wall between the kitchen and dining room at camp. Every small rack goes up there. The point is, you can shoot anything you want at our camp, but the small ones go up in the most visible spot along with a picture of the fellow who takes it. This was only the second time a rack of mine made it to the Spike Wall. The first, in 2005, was a deformed rack with a few points from a 3-legged buck. I did not want my sons to think I was exempt. It took the processor 2 weeks of digging, but he came up with it.
