What I never understood why is Alaska NR fees so damn cheap arizona as an example there bighorn sheep tags are $1815 plus $160 for NR hunting license. But again Arizona and several others states are one and done if you get a tag as well. The state needs to manage it like the bison if you are a resident and you get a sheep need to wait 10yrs before you can hunt another one.
