If it turns out that when he was 14 he played with some 14 year old boobies, does that make him a child molester?
In the state I live in that is statutory rape - consenting or not - and it is against the law.
I'd be reaaallllllly surprised if the law in ANY state says that 2nd base is statutory rape. Really, really, REALLY surprised.
