Dear Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
When I shoot a trophy buck on my doe only tag, after seeing him pee where a doe peed yesterday, I expect you to believe that the poor little dear truly believed he was a she that day and I will not be fined for poaching nor have my dead deer and rifle confiscated.
