I can't imagine anything that would make education, healthcare, manufacturing, and just about everything else better than making sure the employees are rotated out on a regular basis. (eek) Those who complain about tenure in schools are unwittingly protecting administrators who won't do their jobs. Efforts to legislate good teaching or education are mostly without merit and fail in many important ways.


Sometimes, the air you 'let in'matters less than the air you 'let out'.
