Wouldn't it be better to use UPS, instead of the lame postal service?
UPS is an absolute PITA here and about the last shipper I will deal with. They spend all day delivering to businesses and expect residential folks to wait until the end of the day to get their packages and they will never give the slightest clue when the package will be delivered.
Once you miss them they do not follow directions given on their website and generally do everything possible to make things difficult. More often than not it involves picking the package up at their office rather than relying on their delivery "service."
