Oregon is mostly blue now because as said- Portland; Eugene; and Ashland. It was not always a blue state- but it certainly is now. It is all the lib outsiders that move here and the ex hippie 60's culture that is here. Most of the Oregon counties are conservative- just not the large population ones.
Our last Republican governor left office almost 30 years ago. So yeah, maybe not always, but darned close.
