Completely self regulated.

However, our CO's can enter any property, without a warrant & I'm hanging our deer in our "shady" neighbours shed ! blush

As said above, I chose to do what I believe was the right thing & was rewarded with the Doe, the next morning !

As meat hunters, we are completely satisfied with our 4 tasty deer.
