The first shot with the .460 just knocked me backwards. As did the next two.
The first shot with the .378 rung my bell so hard, I thought I'd screwed up and not held it tight or something. The next one proved I was doing what I was supposed to. The third one had my vision blurry.
The only thing close to that is a non-backboard, non-ported Mossberg 835 firing 3 1/2" max turkey loads. Those are just NASTY.
I "HAD" one of those Mossbergs too, 6.5lbs of pure mule kick with the 3.5" 2-1/4 ounce turkey magnums, they may as well have glued a brick to the buttstock instead of that pad they used.
