I've used the 63 sierra a bunch in 22-250s, it's my favorite deer bullet for the slow twist 22 cals.
somewhere around 34 grains of varget will get you 3400 fps with this bullet. that load has worked in several rifles for me.
The 55 grain hornady Sp w/c is also great for deer, it's a tough little bullet.
