They do. The Browning. You can get on at a good price now at CDCNN.You can mount a scope but for a fun gun you don't need it. The Browning 22 Auto is both accurate and reliable.

Next is the older pre-rebounding hammer Marlin Model 39M. Add. Lyman peep sight, a Marbles flat top folding open sight with windage and the front sight you like best. The Model 39M is a fine blinker and good training rifle with the only drawback being weight.

The Remington pumps are also great trainers but the need better sights. You can start them off single shot if you like and add the magazine tube later.
