I'm sitting here in my office, security cameras trained on the coastline of the Arctic Ocean, and see lots of ice. The channel between us and the barrier islands 2 miles to the north is basically broken up but much ice still remains floating in the bay. Out beyond the islands is sea ice as far as the eye can see. Haven't seen the ice stay this long in my 4 1/2 years on this project. In late May/early June we had 3 or 4 days when we got nearly an inch of new "global warming".


Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.
