If you exclude everything that we have little to no say over:

Forest fires
Solar Fluctuations


Its reduction of CO2 and Metan. Or, moving to Clean Electricity and reduction of meat consumption.

Production of electricity needs to move to Solar, Wind, Battery storage, Nuclear (hopefully Thorium plants will be up and running soon)
Less meat production
More electric cars
Use trains to move goods instead of Trucks
Include sails to container ships
More local production of goods



You could do 2 things to speed it up.
1. Remove Subsidies for Oil, Coal and Gas
OR
2. Give equal amount of subsidies to Solar, Wind, Battery storage, Nuclear


(And yes, the Oil, Coal and Gas sectors get ENOURMOUS amounts of subsidies each year.)
