Azshooter has highlighted most of the positives. We always liked that area of AZ (probably the best) and may get back there when we have to move off the mountain. But, crime in Tucson is not to be taken lightly, and some areas are downright nasty - confirmed by a recent update from two good friends who have lived there all of their lives - one a TPD officer and one a long time county probation officer.
