This is another one of those opinion questions so there is not "right" answer - but you might get a lot of agreement on some of the worst factory rifles.
My Ruger MKII int the skeletonized stock comes close for me. $395 when I bought it new, no need to float the barrel or do anything special to it. Very accurate and who cares if the stock gets scratched or dinged? .300WM.
