Good point. the serial # is 211xx. The blueing has been removed from the action by someone. I wondered if the factory did that so that the engraving was easier to see. But then again it does show some wear and tear. Maybe one of the previous 3 owners removed the blueing. I'm the 4th owner if I can believe the guy who sold it to me.
