Welcome aboard Tinmann. Barrels pop up on ebay and gunbroker occasionally. There are at least 4 barrel variations (maybe more) and I would not assume interchangeable. Changes occurred to barrel lug, barrel diameter, cartridge indicator over model variations. The challenge will be; 1) determine the serial number range of the pistol you have and corresponding barrel specs. 2) find the correct barrel via s.n. range. The problem is barrels were not marked so difficult to tell what you are buying. A Savage Pistol Book (Bailey Brower) will help you I.D. what you have with specs. Good luck in the hunt.
