Numrichs has plenty but even if you have a U.S. mailing address it doesn't matter, if your Visa card is Canadian your screwed.
Only way to get anything passed them is to mail cash with an envelope containing your U.S. mailing address, screw em, they're missing out on a lot of Canadian business.
has Numrich changed policy ? I bought stuff from them 2 years ago no problem.
