my '94 mini-truck, the last year before tacoma was introduced had 5 speed and 4 banger. very good truck.
my '03 tundra which replaced it is a 6 cyl auto, and much easier to drive but maybe not as much fun.
i had the mini-truck in some really rough places, 2nd gear for miles and miles and miles.
