'98 V6 5 speed 4x4 TURD...sold it last fall to buy my current '14

pd $10K in '06 used....sold for $6700 in 9/17 w/233K miles

yes oil filter is a PIA on the 3.4L......Use K&N with welded nut to aid in removal
